How do I add a device to use for payment?

Once you have logged into your wallet, press the “add device” button. Then follow the onscreen instructions to scan device into wallet. Visit the “USER GUIDE” page (https://oneos.com/user-guide/)  to see exact instructions and video tutorials.



How do I add my credit card onto my wearable?

To watch a video tutorial, click here. Once inside your wallet, select the device that you wish to your credit card to. Then select <ADD CARD> and follow the on screen instructions.



What is tokenisation?

Tokenisation is the replacement of a consumer’s PAN (credit card #) with an alternate number, reducing the risk of fraud. MDES-integrated provisioning platform delivers tokenised card credentials to wearables for secure digital payments.



Can I use my device to make purchases outside of the United States?

Yes.



I can’t pay with my wearable even though it is activated

For enquiries regarding your payment account, please contact your bank. You can find your bank’s contact in the One OS app:

Login > My Wearables (select the device that uses the bank account in question) > Select the payment card > Payment Settings > Account & Bank Info > Contact Bank



How do I find my personal card (Credit Card) number?

You can find your personal card number either on your bank card, via Internet Banking on your bank’s web portal, or by contacting your bank directly via email or phone.



How do I suspend my payment wearable?

You can suspend it via the One OS application:

Login > My Wearables (select the device that uses the bank account in question) > (Select the payment card) Payment Card. Tap the toggle to suspend your payment card. You can reactivate your wearable anytime by tapping the toggle again.



Why does my wearable deactivate automatically (Europe Only)?

To adhere to the EU Payment Services Directive 2, your wearable deactivates automatically after you make consecutive low value transactions (below €50) with an accumulated value reaching €150. To reactivate your wearable, simply authenticate on One OS.



My phone’s battery is dead and my wearable is deactivated

To meet the required level of security, you can only reactivate your wearable using One OS on your phone. This prevents loss of funds from your bank account if your wearable is stolen.



What happens if my device is lost or stolen?

If lost or stolen, simply open the One OS app, select the device, select the service then select “Disable” and the device will be turned off for payments.



Can someone come by with a RFID / NFC reader and skim my information stolen?

An NFC scanner cannot read any personally identifiable information off your device. Your devices also have been certified with the same bank-level security as credit cards You can also simply log into the app and disable it.



Is any of my personal information stored on the actual device?

No, your device does not contain your name, address, or other identifying information. if the device is lost or stolen, you can disable the device right here in the One OS application and no one can trace the device back to you if they find it.



Can I have and use more than one device for payment

Yes. You can purchase and add as many devices to your wallet as you desire from any of our supported brands, and, you can assign multiple service to any of your devices.



Are there any charges associated with the use of payment enabled devices?

There is absolutely no additional charge when making a purchase with your devices, it is completely free to use.



Do I need a credit check to get approved for using payment services on my device?

No, OneOS enabled devices do not require a credit check. However, all devices that connect to One OS are certified my Mastercard and are highly secure so we will ask you to complete a mandatory identity confirmation before activating a device.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OPENING A NEW CARD ACCOUNT: To help the federal government combat activities related to terrorist financing and money laundering, federal law requires all financial institutions and their third parties to obtain, verify and record all information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: when you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, Date of Birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
