FAQ for ONEOS

Watch easy video tutorials on how to use the One OS application.

You need a One OS Mastercard Account to put money in the wallet for security, compliance and convenience. Partnering with an established bank like Sunrise Banks N.A. provides an added layer of security and insurance for your funds. Funds held in accounts with regulated banks are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to a certain limit. This insurance protects your money in the unlikely event that the bank fails.  Providing a virtual Mastercard account through a reputable bank, One OS not only complies with legal requirements but also offers you a secure and convenient way to manage your funds by seamless integration with various financial services, including topping up your account and connecting to wearables

Your funds are eligible for FDIC insurance. Your funds will be held at or transferred to Sunrise Banks N.A., an FDIC-insured institution. Once there, your funds are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC in the event the Bank fails if specific deposit insurance requirements are met, and we have been able to verify your identity. See fdic.gov/deposit/deposits/prepaid.html for details.
